The Charles County Amateur Radio Club will be operating a special events
station from the Dr. Mudd house in Waldorf MD.  Operation will be on April
18th and 18th on the 17M phone band.  Primary frequency will be 18.140MHz.

Charles County has a rich history pertaining to the Civil War, and several
local connections with the escape of John Wilkes Booth.  The addition of a
special events station will allow operators from around the world to join
in on the commemoration!
