[K3CAL] Field Day

Dearest Rich,

Do NOT pick on all the members of CARA.  I am coordinating the Field Day 
and because it is my first attempt at doing this, I would prefer to 
start the process early rather than wait for surprises at the last 
minute.  As a manager for more than 30 years, this is how I operate.

When are YOU going to volunteer to make this particular field day work 
instead of being the CRITICAL Observer on the sidelines?
