[K3CAL] RT Software for YAESU FT-991?

	I received this through the YAHOO System Fusion group.

It describes what RT System (programming software co.) thinks are  
problems with current FT-991/firmware that has resulted in delaying/ 
ignoring programming (from a computer) software development.

	I pass this along to provide information to anyone contemplating  
acquiring an FT-991.

	I DO NOT have one myself...just providing info
