[K3CAL] Repeater troubleshooting

Hello all Cara members.

We are working on the Cara repeater 444.950 MHz

If you have the capability please get on this repeater and give me a report
about how YOU think it is working at your location.

Right now the APRS system is turned off. We hope to get the system back on
in the next couple of weeks.
