Here is some O.O. info
This question comes up from time to time, how to ban someone from a repeater. After all efforts have failed to resolve the problem in friendly way, we recommend sending the offending amateur a mailed letter simply stating the decision in a manner requiring a signature so you know it was received. Then if the individual ignores the ban and continues to use the repeater, document the fact and send it to headquarters and we can forward it to the FCC.
An amateur from Ohio provided information regarding an unlicensed trucker operating on 28085, which was forwarded to Laura at the FCC.
O.O.s in Nevada were in the process of checking out a possible case of bootlegging a call on a local repeater.
An Illinois station continues to report interference on 432 from a nearby ham; information has been forwarded to the FCC.
Here is a review of FCC enforcement actions recently.
