Don't know if this would work for you, but 1" schedule 40 PVC pipe has a 1 3/8 OD.

I am looking for a piece of pipe 4 foot long outside diameter 1 3/8” or 1 ½” I need this pipe to mount my new antenna that I just received from Dave KB3RAN.
