If you exchange messages on APRS or packet (or another digital mode) you get two points. If that message provides a frequency for meeting for a FM voice contact and you make that contact that's another points. If during that voice contact you switch over to digital voice... you guessed it... another two points. If you then switch over to CW you'll make an additional three points. So essentially you could get twelve points by working one station (before multipliers). Obviously your log must show the mode used for each contact.
You could beacon your voice frequency using APRS and people can use that to find you on voice but that's not a packet QSO. You can always exchange a couple of messages with someone else for the packet points, though, while you're chatting with them.
