[K3CAL] Yaesu FT-991

I know a few of us have been discussing the new Yaesu do it all radio the
FT-991 which will do HF, 6, @ and 70cm all mode including packet and C4FM
that our repeater uses. Although not yet available HRO has put a price on it
$1,699.95 because $1700 just sounds like too much money.
