To All,
As the coordinator for the Holiday Party, I need to know the number of
members and guest(s) that will attend the party on December 13. Please send me
an Email with the number of people attending in your group.
If you traditionally provide a dish or other items, please include the name
of the dish or item(s) in your return Email.
After receiving a number of responses, I will send out a request of items
that will fill the initial void.
Aloha,
Les
KH6CUJ

Subj: [K3CAL] Holiday Party
It was decided at the general meeting that we will again have a pot luck
holiday party at Mt. Hope Community Center. At last year’s party we reserved
the large room at Mt. Hope for this year that has kitchen facilities. It
was decided that the voluntary gift exchange will be done again and the
limit for this year will be $15. Remember this is purely voluntary and your
attending family members are also welcome to participate. The time we have
will be on December 13 at 4:30PM, they will want us out by 9:00PM. Les KH6CUJ
has agreed to help coordinate the menu via this reflector, he will send an
email closer to party time to get the ball rolling. I look forward to
seeing everyone there.
Remember December 13 at 4:30 PM set it on your calendar now!

73,
Bob N3PPH
