Go to HomeDepot / Lowe's and get one for each

 post, except the SAKRETE (3.00~6.00 per bag)

8 in. x 48 in. Concrete Form Tube  (5.00~15.00)

Galvanized 16-Gauge 4x4 Adjustable Post Base (10.00~20.00)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And now for the hard part!

Dig a deep hole (40"+)
The tube should tell you how much SAKRETE you will need for the hole.
This will get the post out of the water.
Also a new wood post.
