[K3CAL] Some general info

The Northern Florida OOC along with assistance from the former OOC resolved an issue with several hang glider pilots using 2 meters without proper identification, one of which was licensed. 

Several OOCs and OOs have provided recordings of the interference occurring on 3908 along the West Coast.  Similar interference and jamming occurs on 7255.



Neighboring OOs adjoining southwestern Iowa were alerted to monitor for a bootlegged call being used on the local 2 meter repeater.



Radio Havana has been reported on 29130 and has been forwarded to the FCC.
