[K3CAL] Additional Field Day Info Needed

Really sorry I didn’t take any pictures this year, should have even if on phone camera! Our information table display with handouts is very nice and very professional!

Hello, Field Day participants:
 
While preparing our FD submission, I found I need the following items per the rules:
1.  Press release copies (media publicity)
2.  Copies of NTS Messages handled (two were handled)
3.  Photos showing:
     A.  Our solar powered station with solar panels, etc.
     B.  set-up in public location
     C.  visitors!
     D.  Public information booth (handouts, etc.  photo would be ideal!)
     E.  Food, and Ops. Positions, etc.
8.3.2.2. Proof of all bonus points claimed (copies of visitor logs, press releases, NTS messages handled, photographs, etc). 
The info you provide will help us prove the claimed bonus points.  We are claiming:
QSO Points = 816
Power Multiplier = 2
Claimed Score = 1632
Bonus Points Claimed = 870
 
As soon as I get the above info, I can do an electronic submittal to the ARRL.
