You really need to contact Brian Kress and Dave Weaver to see op plan they
gave to the Museum last year and copy it for this year! Since no one has
seen Brian for months, it may be too late for this year.

This will be on tonight's agenda. If you can't make the meeting and
something to contribute please post it here so Eric will know.

Greetings,
I need to get definite answers to the following questions at least by the
end of tonight's meeting so I can solidify plans with the Calvert Marine
Museum.
1) How many people are planning on participating in the ILLW event (weekend
of August 16th)?
2) How long do we want to operate?
3) What equipment will we have available?
4) Will Les be catering? :)
5) What else am I forgetting.
As it stands right now we can have either the stage or the pavilion for
operating. I'd personally like the pavilion if we're going to have a
smaller event (plus I like looking at the water). The Museum needs to know
details for the event and so I have to have answers by tomorrow morning.
Tell me here or tell me tonight at the meeting. Until then...
73,
Eric W4OTN
