Subject: [K3CAL] FIELD DAY INFO NEEDED!!

Hello all that participated in Field Day!

I have begun working on our FD submission to the ARRL. Because we did not have a sign-in sheet for operators, workers, and visitors, I need to hear from you if you participated (operated, helped in setup / breakdown, or just visited).

If you remember any visitors from the public, please fill me in so we can claim them for points.

If we had any government or other official visitors, please let me know!

Did we run a station on solar power at FD?

Was there any publicity in the local media? I'm pretty sure a press release went out!

II know we had a GOTA station, but did we have any contacts? If so, we need the log from that station.

Did we have any messages sent or received?

Did we receive a W1AW message?

Please e-mail me with any info you may have...I would like to submit the report to the Association at our Thursday (July 11th) meeting and send it in following the meeting.

  Thanks to all that participated!
