Here is a handy item for a home station radio, e-comm station radio, even a club radio.
Would work fine with most vhf/uhf radios, and hf radios turned down to 50 watts. Nice that the switch doesn't draw much power itself. Caution charging gel-cel indoors may be ok with regulated charger, but other batteries not so good.

Anyway, lots of possibilities......................
