[K3CAL] Repeater Locator Question

does anyone know of a web site the picks out or depicts repeater locations
on a driving route?

I am headed out of town for while and would line to program in a number of
repeaters along my route so i don't have to input data as i drive.

right now i'm looking at just entering the data while looking at the
repeater directory & a map.
