For all the info you need for ARRL VE credentials is located at the ARRL Web site
 
http://www.arrl.org/become-an-arrl-ve
 
1. Review the VER Manual
2. Fill out the application which includes an open book test
3. Send the applications to ARRL

You will receive your credentials in the mail.

Good Evening,

      

      Two questions, if I may.

      

      First, I have my extra class license, but have never gotten my VEC
      credentials.  What is required to earn/receive the required
      credentials?

      

      Second, Will the group need people without VEC credentials to help
      with this effort?  My schedule is a little weird, right now. 
      However, I am interested in helping, if needed and schedules
      allow.
