[K3CAL] VE Team

Good Evening,

Two questions, if I may.

First, I have my extra class license, but have never gotten my VEC
credentials. What is required to earn/receive the required credentials?

Second, Will the group need people without VEC credentials to help with
this effort? My schedule is a little weird, right now. However, I am
interested in helping, if needed and schedules allow.
