[K3CAL] Holiday Party

To  All, 
The CARA Holiday  Party is just 10 days away on December 13, 2014 at 4:30 
PM. To date we have the following  members with guests that have stated that 
they will attend the  party: 
Bob Balint, Eric  Christensen, Chip Dayle, Shawn Donley, Steve Hempling, 
Don Kirby, Monica Noell,  Dick Ratcliffe, Chuck Sheflette, Bob Sheskin, Les 
Silva, Jim Tetlow, Dave  Weaver, and Karl Long 
With  their guest the total planned attendance count is  30. 
Attached is the Holiday Potluck Meal  Planner (Signup Sheet) with various 
categories of  items that are needed.  
We are in dire  need of a couple of more main dishes. Meal planning is 
computed at 6-8 servings  a dish. With 30 people, so far our main dishes will 
provide for 12-16 people.  This is far short of what is needed for a main 
dish. We could also use another  salad, e.g. a tossed green salad. All other 
food and supply categories are  adequately covered.
