[K3CAL] International Lighthouse/Lightship Weekend planning

Yes, I know about the long-running breakfast.  I just thought it might 
be nice to have the members support the lighthouse event by having 
breakfast at Solomons instead.  We promise not to tie them to a tree to 
make them stay.
