That is the beauty of this system, if we turn on the digital capabilities
everything that can talk on the repeater now will continue to work. Unlike
Dstar, Systemfusion adds digital without losing analog FM.

Bob, thanks for the info. The details of the modulation scheme reminds me
of reading NASA specs! At the current prices of the FM / Digital HT and
mobile radios, most of our retired guys may not be able to afford new
radios. I know I can't right now. (Reminds me of AM vs. SSB in the really
early days on VHF!)
I think there will be interesting discussions at the meeting! 73,
