The Delmarva Amateur Radio & Electronics Expo is one month from today...Saturday October 26 at Sussex Tech High School in Georgetown, Delaware. Plan on lots of Ham radio fun...don't miss this one!
Tailgating...gates open at 6:00 AM
Doors open at 7:30...BIG indoor vendors...including Ham Radio Outlet, Eagle 1, Bose Audio, Hamsource.com, Redicall Communications, Quicksilver Radio, Magnum Electronics, Towaco Imaging (Arduino and Raspberry Pi), SONY, Call Stuff (hats, vests, and embroidered products), N3ME (used PC and electronics), and N3IOD (used electronics).
Other features include ARRL State Convention, QSL card checking, license testing, great food, Chinese Auction, QSL Bureau, and a fantastic raffle with prizes that include a 4 KW generator, 2/440 Mobile, and a 32" flat screen TV.
Forums include programs on Emergency Communications, MARS, and DC Power Connections plus the ARRL Convention session.
PLUS the school's excellent Ham station(K3STR) will be available to make contacts during the CQ Worldwide Contest. Get on the air!
These are just a few of the activities that will make this a great event. Plan now to attend.
