[K3CAL] Requesting RSVP's for Stations Planning on Supporting the SET, Oct 4-5

Hello to all, 

Just a friendly reminder that the Simulated Emergency Test begins this Friday evening, Oct 4th and picks up again Saturday morning, Oct 5th. 

I'm trying to compile a list of local Calvert stations that plan to participate so we can be prepared to make assignments and ensure we have a good (and fun) experience. 

If you plan to participate, please let me know as soon as possible, including your time availability and any time constraints you may have. 

I sent out the SEC's 'playbook' for SET in the ARES reflector, but you don't need to be an ARES or RACES member to participate. If you need a copy of the playbook, let me know and I'll forward. The scenario for this year's SET is a Cat 2 hurricane coming right up the bay and turning into western Maryland. Probably would never happen (but we'd never see the government down either, would we).
