Shows up as a "W" here on an XP mach but I am using
a web base email system.

You are probably correct...I don't think there is a font set with Greek symbols on the I-pad.  73,

Ron,
I think we have a browser issue.  In my original post, the resistor values have the Greek symbol Omega after them (Ohms).  Your browser may have translated to the letter W.

Shawn, don't you mean OHM instead of Watt loads?  73,

Someone from the club asked me about an article I found on how to calibrate a MFJ-259B antenna impedance meter.   Unfortunately, I forgot who asked me.  Sorry to bother you if you're not interested.
The procedure can be found at http://www.mfjenterprises.com/pdffiles/MFJ-259B_Calibration.pdf
Also at http://www.w8ji.com/mfj-259b_calibration.htm
The procedure requires some high accuracy loads constructed with 1% non-inductive resistors and PL-259 connectors.  I bought the parts (connectors and 1% resistors) but have not put them together yet.
Loads needed:
A.   ShortB.     12.5-W loadC.    50-W loadD.    75-W loadE.     100-W loadF.     200-W load
