[K3CAL] Internet HELP

we had a similar problem a few months ago and ended up getting a new modem
and router. you may have the same case since it worked with the loaner
hardware. we kept loosing signal.
comcast indicated that there can be problems with older modems. what modem
do you have now? ours was the motorola. if you have that, that may be the
case.
