I,m trying to make a sleeve to fit over 1" EMT.  That 1 1/2 might work.  Fence post sounds cheaper, too.

Sorry do not have any RG62 or 1 ? emt on hand. Can?t help for short pcs. of RG 62 but if you know any cable installers or Comcast people, I believe they still use 62 for vertical and horizontal backbone.
