[K3CAL] Need Help

David, While that Radio is stated to be 10 meter if its been modified to
operate on 11 meter it is an illegal Radio. Actually any Radio That can be
easily modified to work on 11 meter its illegal.

 if the  hi and low power has been modified and the limiter removed chances
are you going to have some undesirable operation on 10 meter.
