I have updated the website with the current Constitution and By-Laws.  The links to these documents are now on the ABOUT CARA page.  Also, there is now a link on the HOME (INDEX) page to the ARRL website for NEW TO HAM RADIO information pages.  Lots of good info for new hams and folks who are needing information on getting into the hobby!  The ARRL site also has a FIND A CLUB IN YOUR AREA search engine.  CARA is listed there.  (Thanks to those who suggested this link be added!)

More improvements are on the way including access to the 2012 Meeting Minutes.  (They were removed from the MEETINGS page to make room for the links to the 2013 minutes.)

There is a browser incompatibility on some of the pages causing some mis-alignment of text and other page elements when using Firefox.  Once I figure out the cause of the problems, I will re-test the site with IE, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.  It is now about 3:30 am, so I will work on this again later.
