Hello all members of Calvert amateur radio Association:
1/24/2013

As you know we have been working on making CARA a tax exempt organization.
Our treasure DickW3RBR has been working at this very hard. He has gathered
from other ham radio clubs and associations there Constitution & bylaws that
has Been accepted by the IRS for tax exempt organization.

These are to changes that we would like to make please read them carefully
and we will discuss it at the next meeting. There is in our Constitution and
bylaws a mechanism to have an emergency meeting with our Association members
that is not a regular meeting. If the Association thanks we should have one
of these meetings to approve these bylaws we will discuss it at the next
meeting. Your help will be needed to move this Association forward to
achieve this goal.

Thank you

Executive board CARA
