In case someone cannot open the Excel file in Windows MS has a free viewer
that will. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=10

If you want to be able to edit the file with paying for MS Office look at
http://www.libreoffice.org/ which has versions for Windows, Mac and Linux.
