[K3CAL] Brian Blizzard N3KYK - SK

With much sadness we have found out that former CARA member Brian
Blizzard/N3KYK passed away on April 24, 2013.  Brian and his friend Gail
Griner/W3IRE (SK) attended many meeting CARA meetings in the 1990's.  Brian
will certainly be missed.
