[K3CAL] Repeater

I spoke with Steve N3IDX briefly yesterday while repeater test were going on.
I told Steve that if he was still intrested in supporting echo-link he was welcome to 
hook it back up. If I recall correctly Steve said he would look into digging out the 
equipment for echo-link.

In case you have forgotten, 146.985 negative offset and a PL tone of 156.7. By all means jump on and say hello, for those of you that like to lurk in the shadows turn your scanners back on and have something to listen to again.
