[K3CAL] Repeater

I just want to let everyone know the repeater is back online. It has been a
long process but we are now back and working good. In case you have
forgotten, 146.985 negative offset and a PL tone of 156.7. By all means jump
on and say hello, for those of you that like to lurk in the shadows turn
your scanners back on and have something to listen to again.
