Hello All 

Attached is a rushed version of the October Newsletter.

CARA ARES and RACES have been very active this month. So much so that
it is hard for one person to keep up with it all. A lot of the information in this months newsletter deserves much more attention then what was able to be devoted to it at this time.

Recent events at work have demanded a lot of my attention.
I apologize for the lack of detail.
