[K3CAL] November minutes

This is my draft for the November minutes. I wanted to get them out so those
interested in attending the Holiday party would know what was happening.
Please remember that we were on a serious time constraint as we had to be
out of Mt. Hope by 21:00 so the lack of a lot of committee and officer
reports was partially due to this. ARES, RACES and all of the rest of the
people helping the club run are still working hard.
