Subject: [K3CAL] Repeater update

As many of you know I spent the day with the repeater and an old friend of
mine who has been working on repeaters for many years. We went through the
duplexers and aligned them with his service monitor. They were off but are
right on the money now. We went through the receiver and transmitter and
everything was tweaked to make it right in the middle of specs. The noise is
some type of external mix which we can't identify. If you use the repeater
you will notice it is working quite well. If the noise persists I have more
suggestions from him to try. For anyone that had their receiver set to look
for the PL tone turn that off as we are not sending the tone at this time. I
hope to catch you all on the repeater at some point, maybe the Monday night
Club net at 7 PM.

73,
Bob N3PPH
