[K3CAL] Constitution amendment

That's a great idea!  But Jack & his wife may have an issue with all the
work.  Maybe we should hold a Constitutional Congress.  Since this is the
200th Anniversary of the War of 1812, it would be a historic event.  We
will go down in history!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Let them eat cookies with there
cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  (and martini's om field day).  [?]
