I thank all of you for the comments on the proposed Constitution and
By-Laws.  All of your suggestions have been noted and are appreciated.  The
errors in the draft documents will be addressed.  Keep your inputs coming in
to help us form a more perfect Association.  

THE COMMITTEE WILL BE AT THE MEETING TOMORROW NIGHT TO HELP ANSWER YOUR
QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS ABOUT THE NEW DOCUMENTS.   I KNOW THAT WE WILL HAVE A
