[K3CAL] Kb3FS donation to CARA

Very nice! By the serial number on the K3, I expect it is close to 3 years old. Having a fair amount of experience with Elecraft products, and the K3 in particular, I will volunteer my services to check it out and make sure it is operating correctly and has up to date firmware.
