I just spoke to the President Dave W3PQS and wants me to relay the
following:

"We are not going to change what was voted on at the June meeting by the
majority that were present. The vote will take place on August 2nd our next
meeting"

As a personal message from me, please remember this vote is to adopt the
documents which can be amended at any time following their adoption. We do
not need to make this a giant problem, I think we are all looking at the
same goal, advancement of the Calvert Amateur Radio Association, INC. All of
us that took the time to attend Field Day know how much fun it can be for
all us to get together and play with our radios, that is the ultimate goal
of the officers and I hope everyone else too. It is very obvious we have a
group of very skilled and passionate people here and we can all make this
association something really special. I look forward to seeing you all at
the next meeting.
