[K3CAL] repeater

I was notified at approximately 21:30 2/22/12 that the repeater was having
problems, a constant breaking of the squelch keeping the repeater up. I shut
it down for about 30 minutes to see if the noise would stop, it did not. In
order to preserve the equipment I have taken the repeater offline. I will
attempt to locate the source of the problem and hope to have our repeater
back online tomorrow.  I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause
anyone.
