In the Article "The Amateur behind the microphone - Partners" .  In line 13,
"who need a licensed to talk", the word "Licensed" should be "license" or
the sentence should be reconstructed to read "Who needs a license to talk"
or "Who needed to be licensed to talk".  Oh wait, Is that a misspelling or a
tense violation. Or was it a typing mistake.
