[K3CAL] Meeting Night

All,

 

           Since I have been I the Club we have held our Monthly meeting on
the "first Thursday" of the month. There has been no question to that date
as far as I recollect. I do remember voting for some wording changes to the
Constitution and By-laws in 2010 but do not remember what all those changes
were.

 

My question to the Club is; meeting on Thursday, is not listed anywhere in
the Constitution, By-laws or amendments; where did that come from? In fact
the published amendment Revision C, March 7 2002, changes the meeting night
from the fourth Monday to the first Tuesday. Amendment's B and D are dated
but not published as to what was amended. Are those amendments available;
and shouldn't they be published as to content? 

 

Is it possible that the amendment "D" changed the meeting night from the
first Tuesday to the first Thursday? Or is Tuesday listed in amendment C in
error (typo) and in fact was to be Thursday?

 

Will it take a review of the minutes from 2002 to find when the day and the
week of the monthly meeting was changed?

 

If we are to, or plan to incorporate in the future, tiny items as this
become very important and must not be overlooked. We need to make some
corrections here.
