[K3CAL] PVRC Southern Maryland Update

A couple members asked last night about when the PVRC meeting would be.

> What: Southern Maryland PVRC Chapter start-up (or re-start as you please).
> When: Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012.  From 6:30PM until 8:00 PM.
> Where: St. Mary's County - Charlotte Hall Library - 37600 New Market Road, 
> Charlotte Hall, MD 20622 (NW Corner of Rt. 6 and Rt. 5/235)

> Wayne has visited the Calvert County radio club (CARA) and will be 
> visiting the St. Mary's County club in March to make a PVRC/Contesting
