[K3CAL] Proposed by-law changes

Would like to see following additions /corrections to these changes;

Article VII, Section 1:
1.  To include "Health & Welfare" of any CARA member, business associate or
friend of the club, if known and reasonably would be approved by said
individual.  It would be good for the club to know if a member's  health or
welfare status if for example;  they or a family member is ill, sick or
etc.  This should be included on Agenda items and as soon as meeting is
started.
2.  Typo > should 'minutes' be capitalized?  I.E., "Minutes"
3.  Typo >  Roberts' Rule of ... should be "Robert's"
4.  Section II:  Budgets >  Should be by "majority vote" not just vote.
