[K3CAL] QRP info

Hello All
I have a friend who is interested in learning more about 
QRP operation and the rigs used for it.
I thought there were members of the association 
who operate QRP regularly. Maybe Chuck AA3CS or Steve N3IPN ? 

Does anyone know of good source for QRP information 
a website or group or club dedicated to QRP.? 

Any guidance would be appreciated
