My new QSL card sorter sent me this page and it looks like a good idea 
for those of us that chase DX. The QSL Statistics page compiles the QSL 
return results that Ops have from their digital logbooks that they have 
uploaded.  You search a call that you are going to send a QSL to and see 
if the station has a history of returning cards.
