Not knowing the county all that well I am a bit limited here. I looked
up the community centers and found we have 3. Chesapeake Beach which
will be crowded and has little to no land around it. The other 2 I have
not seen beyond Google maps but one being in Lusby is south of everyone
that has said they want to participate and Mt. Hope which does look
good, especially if we could get permission to use the tower. The center
is free from 8:30 - 10PM Monday - Friday and noon to 6PM on Sunday,
outside of that they charge $30 an hour. They do have a kitchen
facilities and depending on the type of room we get that may incur an
additional charge.
The problem with setting up outside in August is weather, that is when
it is usually hotter although I hope it does not outdo the past few days.
