[K3CAL] Repeater Down

It appears that the repeater in Sunderland site is down, I don't know if it
is from yesterdays storms (power down or lightning strike), repeater
maintenance, or repeater removed from service? I am not familiar with who is
authorized to check this situation out, so I am sending this to all members,
since a large number of club members are currently out of town. If I may be
of assistance to anyone that may have the answers to the problem, I will be
available today and close to the site.
