[K3CAL] Field Day Info Needed

Guys, 

I need some info to finish the Field Day Report to the ARRL. Does anyone have the following information: 

The names and ages of the youth visitors to our Field Day operation, and did they get on the air? 

Copies of the invitation letters for our visiting officials? 

Copy of the news release to the paper? (I have a pdf of the newspaper article...it was great!) 

If you participated in Field Day, please drop me a quick e-mail...I need to verify the number of persons taking part in any way.
